**Key Responsibilities:1. Teaching & Lesson Planning**:

- Develop and deliver engaging science lessons as per the school curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/IB/State Board).
- Use interactive teaching methods, including storytelling, experiments, and audiovisual aids.
- Simplify scientific concepts to make learning enjoyable and relatable for young students.

**2. Hands-on Learning & Experiments**:

- Conduct simple science experiments to promote experiential learning.
- Encourage students to participate in science projects, exhibitions, and group activities.
- Utilize real-life examples to explain scientific concepts effectively.

**3. Student Engagement & Development**:

- Encourage curiosity and a scientific temperament among students.
- Identify individual learning needs and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
- Promote critical thinking, problem-solving, and observation skills.

**4. Assessment & Evaluation**:

- Prepare worksheets, quizzes, and tests to evaluate student understanding.
- Provide constructive feedback and support weak students with additional guidance.
- Maintain records of student progress, attendance, and performance.

**5. Classroom Management & Discipline**:

- Create a positive and disciplined classroom environment.
- Foster respect, teamwork, and active participation in discussions.
- Implement behavior management strategies to maintain an orderly class.

**6. Parent & School Collaboration**:

- Communicate with parents regarding student progress and learning activities.
- Conduct parent-teacher meetings and provide feedback on students’ strengths and areas for improvement.
- Participate in school events, workshops, and science-related extracurricular activities.

**7. Continuous Learning & Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with modern teaching methodologies, STEM education trends, and technological tools.
- Attend training programs, seminars, and faculty meetings for skill enhancement.
- Collaborate with other teachers to improve interdisciplinary learning.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Shirud, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
