**Key Responsibilities:1. Teaching & Lesson Planning**:

- Develop and deliver engaging math lessons as per the school curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/IB/State Board).
- Simplify mathematical concepts using interactive activities, storytelling, and real-life examples.
- Use visual aids, manipulatives, and educational games to enhance learning.

**2. Hands-on Learning & Activities**:

- Conduct practical math activities to promote experiential learning.
- Encourage students to participate in math puzzles, quizzes, and competitions.
- Integrate technology, such as smart boards and educational apps, to make learning interactive.

**3. Student Engagement & Development**:

- Identify individual learning needs and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
- Promote logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and mental math techniques.
- Encourage students to develop a positive attitude toward mathematics.

**4. Assessment & Evaluation**:

- Prepare worksheets, tests, and assignments to assess student progress.
- Provide constructive feedback and extra support to struggling students.
- Maintain records of student performance and participation in math-related activities.

**5. Classroom Management & Discipline**:

- Create a disciplined and positive learning environment.
- Foster teamwork, participation, and respect among students.
- Implement behavior management strategies to ensure smooth classroom operations.

**6. Parent & School Collaboration**:

- Communicate with parents regarding student progress and areas of improvement.
- Conduct parent-teacher meetings to discuss learning outcomes and strategies.
- Participate in school events, faculty meetings, and professional development programs.

**7. Continuous Learning & Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with new teaching methodologies and math education trends.
- Attend training programs, workshops, and collaborative teaching sessions.
- Develop and implement creative lesson plans to enhance student engagement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jamui, Bihar: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
