**Key Responsibilities:1. Classroom Teaching & Lesson Planning**
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans as per the curriculum guidelines.
- Use interactive and hands-on activities to make Math and Science concepts easy to understand.
- Integrate technology and multimedia tools to enhance learning.

**2. Student Assessment & Progress Monitoring**
- Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and classroom participation.
- Provide regular feedback to students and help them improve their understanding of concepts.
- Maintain accurate student records and progress reports.

**3. Curriculum Development & Innovation**
- Align teaching strategies with the school’s curriculum (CBSE, ICSE, IB, State Board, etc.).
- Design experiments, models, and activities to make learning fun and practical.
- Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills in students.

**4. Classroom Management & Student Engagement**
- Maintain discipline and foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Support students in overcoming learning difficulties and provide additional assistance as needed.
- Promote creativity and curiosity through fun learning activities.

**5. Parent & Staff Collaboration**
- Conduct parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress and areas of improvement.
- Collaborate with other teachers to enhance interdisciplinary learning.
- Participate in school activities, workshops, and training programs for continuous learning.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jamui, Bihar: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
