Sales Coordinator

**1. Daily receiving inquiries through mail.**
**2. Preparing Quotations as per specification.**
**3. Effective quotation follow ups with customers & dealers.**
**4. Should know Finalization of Commercial terms & conditions with direct customers**
**Like - Price negotiations, G.S.T, Freight Charges, Deliveries & Transportation of goods with payment term negotiations.**
**5. Processing of received orders from potential customers.**
**6. Coordination with the production department to ensure timely delivery as per Purchase Order.**
**7. Should have Knowledge of Scanning potential areas to add new customers & develop new inquiries.**
**8. Sending mails to old customers from data to generate New Inquiries.**
**9. Dealers develop in that area where the company expects business. Require experience in dealer Business and Handling.**
**10. Coordination with dealers for new Tenders & GEM related business.**
**11. Cold calling to old customers to generate new inquiries as well as maintain relationships with them.**
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
