**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team by managing leads, qualifying prospects, and generating sales opportunities. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and provide detailed information on product features, pricing, and availability.
- **Order Management**: Process and manage sales orders from initiation through to delivery. Ensure accurate order entry, timely processing, and follow up on order status with clients and logistics teams.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support. Address any issues or concerns in a timely manner and work to resolve them effectively.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of the laboratory testing equipment we offer. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to provide informed recommendations to customers.
- **Reporting and Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and order status. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, order fulfillment, and customer feedback.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on sales strategies and objectives. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in inside sales or sales support, preferably within the laboratory equipment or scientific instrumentation industry.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- **Languages**: Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in additional regional languages is a plus.
