Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The
demonstrating strong negotiation skills, and efficiently closing and executing orders. The
role also includes coordination with customers for timely payment follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify potential customers through online research, databases, and cold calling.

- Customer Engagement & Follow-up
- Maintain regular follow-up with new and existing customers.
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate products.
- Sales Negotiation & Closure
- Engage in product discussions, pricing, and terms negotiation.
- Convert prospects into sales through persuasive communication and product
knowledge.
- Prepare and send quotations, negotiate pricing and finalize deals.
- Order Execution
- Coordinate internally with the operations and logistics team to ensure timely dispatch
of products.
- Track and update customers on order status and delivery timelines.
- Payment Collection
- Follow up with customers for payments against orders.
- Coordinate with the accounts department for invoice generation and receivables
tracking.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain detailed records of leads, interactions, sales pipeline, and order history.
- Generate periodic sales reports and updates for management.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Self-motivated and goal-driven
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
- Knowledge of laboratory/scientific/diagnostic consumables is preferred
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Commerce, or Business Administration
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in inside sales or telesales, preferably in a scientific
or B2B domain
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a science background may also be
considered
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
