You will be working as Procurement Executive and will be part of Motion business for Large Motors & Generators division based in Vadodara, India. In this role you will be reporting to Planning & Fulfillment Manager and will be responsible for supporting the implementation, maintenance and compliance of procurement practice approved activities. Executing assigned activities based on the standard procedures.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Designing and implementing plans for local sourcing to reach the business targets. Supporting global sourcing initiatives as required
- Executing and implementing new directions within the area of responsibility
- Delivering and participating in training programs as required for compliance and professional development
- Executing effective and transparent communication internally, externally and between different units and centers

**Your background**:

- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
- More than 5 years of experience in procurement of stamping and copper
- Preferably having motor industry background
- A strong focus on safe work practices and dedication to following all relevant workplace safety guidelines
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
