We are Looking for **PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE**

Job Location: Vadodara

Experience: 5-10 Yrs.

**Role**:
Their role involves identifying suitable vendors, evaluating their offers, and building relationships to guarantee product quality and service consistency, ultimately supporting the company's goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identifying, evaluating, and selecting new and existing suppliers.
- Negotiating prices and contract terms with vendors to achieve cost-effective purchasing.
- Managing the entire buying cycle, from identifying needs to placing orders and managing delivery schedules.
- Ensuring that procured materials and services meet the required standards and specifications.
- Procuring goods and services at the lowest possible cost without compromising quality or service.
- Ensuring an uninterrupted flow of materials to support production and operational schedules.
- Creating and processing purchase orders in compliance with company procedures and policies.
- Addressing procurement issues, finding alternative suppliers, and expediting processes to prevent delays.
- Should be well versed with SAP software and Microsoft excel & Powerpoint presentation.
