We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sourcing Executive to join our procurement and supply chain team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in vendor management, cost optimization, and supply operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to build a foundation in strategic sourcing and procurement management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research, evaluate, and develop potential vendors and suppliers for assigned product categories.
  • Request and compare quotes to ensure maximum return on investment.
  • Estimate and establish cost parameters and purchasing budgets.
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and supply terms to achieve optimal agreements.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to track incoming inventory and delivery timelines.
  • Maintain and update supplier databases, including delivery schedules, invoices, and stock quantities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop future purchasing plans and strengthen supplier partnerships.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelors degree (in progress or completed) in any of the following fields:

    Business & Management, Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Logistics, Procurement, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related disciplines.

  • Skills Required:

  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
