Dear Folks,

We are looking for Operations Supervisor for Dombivali location

**1.** **In ward material -**

a. He will be responsible for getting the inward material entries and monitoring everything for smooth functioning and getting stacked at the respective places

b. Monitoring Expiry date, product details and packing and hygiene etc.

c. Once the stacking is done, informing the current inward, verifying with the PO and invoice.

d. Informing Warehouse manager/ purchase department about the inward materials quantity/ damages/ return goods

**2.** **Warehouse stock keeping -**

He will keep monitoring stock at mother hub and child hub from the DEO. And inform the details to the store manager / Purchase manager

**3.** **Hub stacking and categorization -**

He will be responsible stacking the goods at the assigned rack at the mother hub as well as child hub

**4.** **Damage Management -**

He will be responsible for the damage management

1. Inward material damages he must observe and inform to the WHM or Purchase Dept.

2. Inventory damage (Material inside hub) he must observe and inform WHM / Purchase department

3. Delivery damage management - If in case damage happens to the material while delivering to the customer, supervisor will report the returned damaged goods and have a record of the goods

**5.** **Product expiry & FIFO management - First in first out**:
He will be responsible for monitoring the product expiry of the stacked product and will inform the Hub manager / purchase time to time.

FIFO - He will be responsible for finishing the first came products over the new came products, to manage the FIFO

**6.** **Riders & Drivers training -**

He will be responsible for the training and grooming of the riders and drivers, according to the behavior module

**Helping riders and drivers in mapping the location -**

He will help the driver and rider if they face any issues in delivery/ finding location/ product variance etc.

**7.** **Overall hub floor management**

8. He will be responsible for all cash received from the customer and the petty cash given by the company and reporting of the same.

9. He will be responsible for maintaining the hygiene of all the products including vegetables & fruits.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
