Godown Supervisor

About the Role:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Godown Supervisor to manage daily operations at our plywood and door warehouse. The ideal candidate will handle dispatch planning, stock maintenance, transport coordination, and team supervision to ensure smooth and timely delivery of materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily dispatch, loading, and unloading of goods.
• Maintain accurate stock records and oversee inward/outward material entries.
• Coordinate with transporters, drivers, and customers for dispatch and delivery.
• Check product quantity, quality, and labeling before dispatch.
• Manage team of helpers/labourers for efficient material handling.
• Ensure proper storage, safety, and cleanliness of the godown.
• Prepare and maintain delivery challans, dispatch reports, and stock sheets.
• Support management in physical stock audits and daily reporting.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• 1–4 years of experience in godown, dispatch, or warehouse supervision (preferably in plywood, laminates, doors, or building material industry).
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel / Tally entry preferred).
• Strong coordination and team-handling skills.
• Honest, disciplined, and punctual.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
