
Housekeeping Supervisor

Housekeeping Operations:
- Schedule and assign daily work assignments to the housekeeping staff
- Monitor and inspect cleaning quality in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Ensure adherence to cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and hotel standards
- Identify areas for improvement and implement new cleaning methods or processes as needed
- Maintain proper inventory levels of cleaning supplies and guest room amenities
- Coordinate with other departments for efficient room turnover and special cleaning requests
Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and mentor housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques and customer service
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Address staff concerns, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive team environment
- Monitor staffing levels and adjust schedules to meet operational needs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and hotel policies
Guest Relations:
- Respond promptly to guest complaints or concerns regarding cleanliness or housekeeping services
- Follow up on special requests or specific guest needs related to housekeeping
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with guests
- Collaborate with the front desk and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Administrative Duties:
- Manage housekeeping budgets and control expenses related to labor, supplies, and equipment
- Analyze performance data and prepare reports on housekeeping productivity and quality metrics
- Conduct inventories and place orders for housekeeping supplies and guest room amenities
- Implement and enforce housekeeping policies and procedures
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
