Lift Operator

Key Responsibilities:
Lift Operations:

- Operate the hotel's passenger elevators/lifts in accordance with established procedures and safety protocols
- Monitor the flow of guest traffic and coordinate lift usage to minimize wait times
- Communicate clearly with guests, providing directions and assistance as needed
- Ensure proper lift functioning by conducting routine checks and reporting any issues promptly
- Assist guests with luggage, strollers, or mobility devices when entering or exiting the lifts

Guest Services:

- Greet guests warmly and provide a positive first impression of the hotel
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities and services
- Offer directions and assist guests in locating their desired destinations within the hotel
- Remain vigilant and report any suspicious activities or potential safety concerns

General Duties:

- Maintain a clean and organized lift area, free from obstructions or hazards
- Attend to any spills or messes in the lift area promptly and safely
- Assist with other guest services tasks or duties as assigned by supervisors
- Follow all safety protocols and use proper personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary
- Participate in training sessions and meetings as required

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
