**Job Title**: Real Estate Sales Executive

**Experience Required**: Minimum 5+ Years in Real Estate Industry (B2C Focus)

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities:B2C Relationship Management**:
- Actively generate leads and convert prospects into clients through on-site visits, events, and direct interactions.
- Promote and sell real estate projects, time share packages, and venue-sharing solutions.
- Conduct property tours and presentations to showcase features and benefits to potential buyers.
- Negotiate and close sales with a high conversion ratio.
- Maintain strong client relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Keep track of customer preferences, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales records and reports.
**Skills & Competencies**
- **Hardcore sales expertise** with proven ability to close deals on-site.
- Strong knowledge of **Time Share & Venue Sharing concepts**.
- Excellent **communication, negotiation, and presentation skills**.
- High energy, confident, and persuasive personality.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum **5 years of experience in hardcore sales**.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
