Job Summary:
We're looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Salesperson to join our team in Hinjewadi and Banner, Pune. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, building client relationships, and showcasing our properties to potential buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
- Showcase properties to potential buyers, highlighting their features and benefits
- Negotiate deals and close sales transactions
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

What We Offer:

- Salary up to ₹30,000 per month
- Incentives for outstanding performance
- 6-day working week

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in real estate sales (preferable but not necessary)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Pune's real estate market
- Proficiency in local languages (Marathi, Hindi, English)
