**Job Overview**

We are seeking a motivated, confident, and customer-focused Real Estate Salesperson to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the sales force, you will be responsible for guiding clients through their property journey — from initial inquiry to final deal closure.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options
- Generate and follow up on leads through online portals, social media, cold calling, and referrals
- Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective buyers
- Negotiate and close property deals while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide post-sale support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and clients
- Stay updated on real estate trends, pricing, and legal regulations in Pune

**Requirements**:

- Master's degree preferred (Any stream)
- Minimum 1 year of sales or customer-facing experience (Real estate preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of the Pune real estate market is a plus
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Proficiency in English and Marathi
- Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone

**Salary**:
Base salary + Performance Based Incentives

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
