**Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation**:

- Develop creative and engaging content ideas for various social media platforms.
- Produce high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content aligned with brand voice and goals.

**Strategy Development**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement social media content strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into content planning.

**Audience Engagement**:

- Foster community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and mentions across social media channels.
- Implement strategies to increase social media following and audience interaction.

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.
- Provide regular reports on key metrics and insights, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

**Brand Consistency**:

- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visuals across all social media platforms.

**Location**: Reside in or near Paschim Vihar, Delhi, or be willing to commute regularly.

Skill Set: Proficient in content idea creation

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing requirements and contribute to a dynamic team environment.

Compensation: The compensation for this position will be commensurate with the individual's skills and experience.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
