Payment outstanding follow-up with all subsidiaries/Areas of MCL related to Area payment & regular follow-up with PSE/CSE posted at site. Also, follow-up with customers for early releasing of payment.
Payment receivable from MCL HQ, towards supplies of Equipment/Assy/Sub-Assy. There will be repeated follow-up from the date of supply, starting from Areas (consignee’s end) till the DRR reached at MCL HQ for bill passing for payment. At present we have supplied 72 no's Equipment for which our 3rd year & 4th year initial spares to be supplied on regular basis & full monitoring for collection of outstanding is needed.
Details of invoice & matching value towards GST TDS deduction at customer end on the basis of the GST TDS Return filed by customer on GST Portal to be forwarded to accounts department for necessary adjustment for input credit on monthly basis.
Collection of TDS Certificate i.e. Form-16 under 194Q Act towards deduction of TDS to be collected on Quarterly basis from individual customer & arrange to send to Accounts Department for availing necessary tax input credit on quarterly basis.
Pending Assessment under Odisha VAT/CST/ET Act lying with the department for the year 2015-16(Q-III & Q-IV), 2016-17 complete year & 2017-18(Q-I) to be taken care.
As Central Excise & Service Tax assessment is over up to 2017-18(Q_I), And, after implementation of GST, the GST Assessment for the year 2018-19(Q-II) to till date not started & expecting shortly to be taken up by the local GST Superintendent for which our person has to attend to produce the documents as required by the local office.
Further, according to visit of the local Labour Dept. & ESI officials we have to co-operate with them as per their query.
Further will work as HR-Co-Ordinator.
Bill signing & submitting to customers too.
Maintaining of invoice details parts wise and collection details.

5+ yrs experience
Need to visit customer for accounts work and collection.
SAP added advantage.
Any graduation
