**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and behavior patterns.
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and product offerings.
- Manage all aspects of marketing campaigns, including budget allocation, timeline management, and performance tracking.
- Utilize data analytics and insights to optimize marketing initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor and analyze competitor activities and industry trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and competitive advantage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and vendors.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies, tools, and platforms in the e-commerce and digital marketing space.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies in the e-commerce industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a demonstrated track record of innovation and out-of-the-box thinking.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
