The Brand Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic brand plans that align with the overall business goals of the organization. They will work closely with the marketing team and other departments to understand the company's target audience and create strategies that will effectively reach and engage them. The Brand Strategist will also be responsible for monitoring and analyzing brand performance and making recommendations for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic brand plans that align with overall business goals
- Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to understand the company's target audience
- Create strategies that will effectively reach and engage the target audience
- Monitor and analyze brand performance and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices
- Develop and execute brand positioning, messaging and storytelling
- Create and execute research studies to understand target audience and their perception of the brand
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including advertising, digital, packaging, and in-store/event experiences

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a brand strategist or similar role
- Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and advertising principles
- Strong understanding of target audience and ability to create strategies to reach and engage them
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field is preferred
- Experience in a specific industry or vertical is a plus
- Strong project management skills and ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

- Surat, Surat - 395007, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Content marketing: 5 years (preferred)
- Brand Strategy: 3 years (preferred)
