**Job Title**: Field Executive - Customer Assistance & Installation (Curtains)

**Location**: Thrissur, Kochi, and Calicut (Travel Required)

**Salary**: ₹25,000/- per month + Incentives up to ₹10,000/- based on conversions

**About the Role**:
We are hiring a **Field Executive** for a leading **Pan-India Home Furnishing Brand** specializing in premium curtains. This role involves assisting customers in choosing the perfect curtains for their homes and overseeing the installation process. If you have a knack for customer service, an eye for aesthetics, and a hands-on approach, we’d love to have you on board

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit customers’ homes to **understand their needs** and recommend suitable curtains.
- Provide **expert guidance** on colors, fabrics, and designs based on interior aesthetics.
- Assist in **measuring and installing** curtains efficiently and professionally.
- **Coordinate with vendors and installation teams** to ensure timely service.
- Maintain **customer relationships** and drive conversions to earn performance incentives.
- Travel across **Thrissur, Kochi, and Calicut** as part of the job requirements.

**Requirements**:

- **1-2 years of experience** in field sales, customer assistance, or home décor (preferred).
- **Good communication skills** in Malayalam & English.
- **Basic knowledge of interior aesthetics** is a plus.
- Must be comfortable with **regular travel** across designated locations.
- **Self-motivated** and customer-focused attitude.
- Prior experience in **curtain installation or home furnishing sales** is an advantage.

**What We Offer**:

- Fixed **monthly salary of ₹25,000/-**.
- Performance-based **incentives up to ₹10,000/-**.
