Field Marketing Executive

**Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Client Acquisition**:
- **Lead Generation**:
- Proactively generate leads by engaging with students, parents, and academic counselors through field activities such as seminars, college visits, and one-on-one client meetings.
- Identify and qualify potential clients interested in studying abroad by capturing their details, understanding their requirements, and guiding them through the initial stages of the consultancy process.
- **Client Conversion**:
- Convert leads into clients by providing consultations, discussing study options, and recommending suitable courses, destinations, and universities.
- Track and report on lead conversion performance to optimize strategies and meet team targets.
**Seminar & Event Management**:
- **Organize & Conduct Seminars**:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute in-person or virtual seminars, workshops, and webinars to promote study abroad opportunities and the services offered by the consultancy.
- Foster relationships with academic institutions to increase seminar invitations and participation from target audiences.
- Ensure that all event logistics, materials, and follow-up processes are handled efficiently to maximize attendee engagement.
- **Event Promotion & Follow-up**:
- Collect attendee data and follow up with seminar participants to assess interest, address questions, and guide them to the next steps in the consultancy process.
**College & University Visits**:
- **Establish Relationships with Colleges**:
- Conduct regular visits to colleges, universities, and schools to build relationships with faculty, counselors, and decision-makers.
- Promote the consultancy’s study abroad services by delivering presentations and distributing promotional materials.
- Develop and implement strategies to engage students in on-campus activities and encourage them to explore study abroad options.
- **Student Engagement**:
- Help students with document preparation, program selection, and other aspects of the study abroad journey.
**Client Meetings & Counseling**:
- **Personalized Counseling**:
- Meet with prospective students and their families to offer personalized advice and guidance on studying abroad, from selecting the right program to understanding visa requirements and scholarship options.
- **Follow-up & Support**:
**Market Research & Reporting**:
- **Research Trends & Competitors**:
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new study abroad opportunities.
- Identify potential partnerships with institutions, agencies, or influencers to expand the company’s reach and influence in the field of international education.
- **Reporting & Analytics**:
- Track and report key performance metrics, including lead generation, seminar attendance, client meetings, conversions, and overall ROI on field marketing activities.
- Provide regular feedback to the marketing team on the effectiveness of field marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.
**Administrative Duties**:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and meetings in the company’s CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that client queries and requests are addressed in a timely manner.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, International Relations, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 years of experience in field marketing, event management, or client-facing roles. Prior experience in the education or study abroad sector is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
