We are looking to onboard execution team members for an important project aimed at enhancing public transport operations. Below are the details of the role and the profile we are seeking:
Role Overview:
The execution team will play a key role in ensuring smooth implementation and support for our innovative public transport solutions. This is a hands-on role that requires technical aptitude, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities:
Train bus conductors and other stakeholders on using our devices effectively.

Oversee the distribution and setup of new devices for buses and clients.

Assist bus owners with installing and configuring the Xplor mobile app.

Manage the supply of paper rolls to buses as needed.

Provide on-site support for technical issues, ensuring timely resolution, and escalate recurring problems to the technical team.

Preferred Locations:
Kannur

Thrissur

Alappuzha (with preference for those based around Cherthala).

Qualities and Skills Needed:
Basic proficiency in handling Android devices and working with Excel sheets.

Willingness to travel locally to bus stands and client locations as required.

Strong communication skills to explain technical processes clearly to non-technical users.

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet time-sensitive schedules.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
