**Job Overview**:
As a **Field Sales Officer**, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by actively promoting and selling our vehicles to potential customers in designated territories. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, generating leads, conducting sales presentations, and achieving sales targets. This is a customer-facing role requiring strong communication skills and a passion for the automotive industry.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in automotive sales or field sales preferred, but not required. Freshers with a passion for automobiles and sales are also encouraged to apply.
- **Education**: High School diploma or equivalent required. A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Development**: Identify and target new customers in the assigned territory, establish and maintain relationships, and follow up on sales leads.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on the latest models, features, and promotions to effectively present the product to customers.
- **Customer Presentations**: Conduct in-person meetings with prospective customers, demonstrating vehicle features, benefits, and available financing options.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, driving revenue growth for the dealership.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Reporting**: Regularly report on sales activities, customer feedback, and market insights to management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
