*E-commerce executive with Social Media*

We're searching for an E-commerce executive with customer service that can help clients expand their e-commerce businesses on platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Onbuy, and Shopify. He or she must be able to perform effectively at the initial training session, be a quick learner, and be aware of their position and responsibilities.

An initial training session will be provided to familiarize them with the platform and working style.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Manages online sales and marketing through both e-commerce platforms and social media channels

**Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and social media management tools.**
- Handling Amazon, eBay and other e-commerce Seller Accounts.
- Create Various Product Listing & Listing Optimizing.
- Analyses Keywords & Handling SEO Content management.
- Product Image Processing.
- Manage Order & Pricing for all orders.
- Manage all the Return & Refund orders.
- A+ Content Creation.
- Manage PPC campaigns & Promotion.
- Handling Customer message support.
- Handling Account Health of the Respective Clients.
- Product and Competitor Research.

Operational Requirements:

- Amazon seller central knowledge is a plus.
- Should stay positive in difficult positions.
- Excellent Written & Oral Communication & Presentation Skills.
- Proactively chooses to learn and utilize new skills.
- Energetic, enthusiastic & Confident individual.

**Job Types**: Full-time

Schedule:

- Day shift (UK based Time)

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vadodara, Vadodara, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
