Associate - Pricing

**Job Purpose**
We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic resource for a large asset manager, to work on securities pricing, asset setup, corporate action and reconciliation by leveraging their expertise in SQL.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure the accurate and timely pricing of securities using SQL queries and databases.
- Maintain and update all asset information to ensure accuracy and currency.
- Update the database with corporate action information.
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure corporate actions are accurately reflected in the system.
- Execute SQL queries, interpret the results, and provide them back to the client.
- Generate reconciliation reports and provide insights to the client.
- Migrate tasks from the client to the Acuity system.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide solutions.
- Provide support and training to team members as needed.
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents on a regular basis.
**Key Competencies**
- Good knowledge with fixed income instrument types.
- Basic knowledge in SQL
- Advanced excel knowledge and familiarity with VBA are expected
- High accuracy and attention to detail skillset is required
- Proven analytical and intellectual capabilities; quick to develop new skills
- Self-motivation, discipline, ability to work with stringent deadlines and maintaining high quality
- Good verbal and written communication skills
