Position Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as an Associate Pricing Analyst. This entry-level role focuses on supporting pricing and cost modeling activities that help guide strategic decisions across product, marketing, and sales teams. The analyst will assist in developing pricing models, analyzing cost structures, and maintaining data accuracy to support pricing strategies and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Pricing & Cost Modeling Support:

  • Gain familiarity with Pricing Management concepts, methodologies, and tools.
  • Assist in building and maintaining cost models to support pricing decisions and financial planning.
  • Analyze the impact of cost changes, pricing adjustments, and market conditions on business performance.
  • Support the development of pricing guidelines within market, technical, and process constraints.
  • Monitor industry pricing trends and internal cost drivers to inform pricing strategies.

Team Collaboration & Data Management:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs for pricing and costing analysis.
  • Help ensure data integrity across pricing tools and documentation throughout the proposal and planning processes.
  • Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations that summarize pricing insights and recommendations.
  • Maintain and update pricing databases, templates, and documentation.

Process Improvement & Special Projects:

  • Contribute to the development and refinement of pricing processes and methodologies.
  • Participate in special projects related to pricing operations, cost analysis, or tool enhancements.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • B.Com / M.Com equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in pricing, financial analysis, or cost modeling.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with data visualization or pricing tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Traits:

  • Eager to learn and grow in pricing and financial analytics.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and large datasets.
  • Collaborative and proactive in supporting team goals.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ready to work in different time zones.
