**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver structured **Financial Literacy** modules covering budgeting, savings, investments, digital payments, loans, credit, and financial planning in age-appropriate formats.
- Teach **Entrepreneurship Fundamentals,** including idea generation, business planning, market research, financial modeling, and pitching.
- Use **interactive and experiential teaching methods** (case studies, role plays, games, simulations, and project-based learning) to engage school students.
- Guide students in developing **entrepreneurial projects, prototypes, and business ideas**.
- Conduct **workshops, ideathons, and mentoring sessions** to encourage innovation.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with school teachers and the program team to align with curriculum goals.
- Maintain student engagement while ensuring inclusivity and participation of all learners.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in **finance, startups, and digital economy** to make sessions industry-relevant.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **MBA in Finance** (mandatory) or equivalent postgraduate degree.
- Strong knowledge of **financial literacy concepts, entrepreneurship, and business management**.
- Prior **teaching/training/mentorship experience** (preferably with school or college students).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Passion for **youth development, innovation, and financial empowerment**.
- Creative mindset with the ability to design engaging classroom activities.
- Familiarity with digital tools, edtech platforms, and project-based pedagogy is desirable.
