**Job Description-**
- Should be confident in generating new leads by own effort and converting them into sales is most important. Need to target major B2C\B2B\direct customers\builders
eal estate companies to tie up with them for selling our interior products in their entire projects.
- Should be comfortable to do site visits,conduct offline campaigns and field marketing activities.
- Should have good knowledge in sales process, preparing quotations, work orders, PPT for presentations, WSR, Sales forecast, CRM, Sales prospects and excels.
- Create and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Need to arrange training for new employees related to sales and contribute towards more sales processes to make the sales department one of the most consistent and stable departments in the organization.
- Should be able to meet required target assigned by the company in the stipulated time and period
- As a sales person you would be the only point of direct contact with the customer, and should talk very politely to maintain relationships and to generate revenue for the company.Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure ongoing business.
- Work closely with the design team to ensure that client expectations are met from concept to project completion.Coordinate between clients and the design team to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales metrics, and client feedback.
- Organize and attend client meetings, presentations, and other promotional activities.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the interior design industry.

**Experience Required**
- At least should be any graduate\MBA\BBM\BBA and should have 1-4 years of experience in Marketing & Sales or Business Development. Experience in the interior
eal estate field would be an added advantage.
- Need to achieve targets at individual and team level given by the company every month and every quarter. Should not hesitate to handle clients directly with individual efforts always for pre sales\sales.
- Should be ready to handle all the escalations raised by your respective customer till handover the project.
- Strong understanding of the interior design process and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
