**Job Title: Advisor** / **adviser** **Immigration** **& Second Passport**

**Overview**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and policies related to second passports.
- Provide comprehensive immigration advice and assistance to clients, including individuals, families, and businesses.
- Assess clients' eligibility for various immigration programs and advise on the best options available.
- Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and regulations, ensuring clients receive accurate and timely information.
- Conduct client consultations and assessments to determine specific needs and requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Collaborate with legal professionals, if necessary, to resolve complex immigration issues.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and case progress in compliance with data protection regulations.
- Observe the timelines, fees and sub
- process relevant to immigration filling. e.g. apostille, attestation etc.
- Help customers / clients for their language test done
- Guidance on completion of health examinations from relevant Pannels from specific country consulates or embassy

**Additional Responsibilities**: Should be flexible to absorb the dynamic changes in operations and capable to manage additional responsibilities if assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Qualification: High school diploma or bachelor's degree in any stream.
- Diploma in travel and Tourism, Hospitality may be preferred.
- **Location**: Mumbai
- **Work Mode**:Work from Office
- **Work Hours**:09 Hrs.
- **Work Days**:Mon - Sat
- **Weekly-Off**:Sunday
- **Shift Timings**:10:30 am - 7:30 pm
- **Salary**: As per co policy

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
