Located in Andheri West, Mumbai, we are urgently seeking confident and skilled Telecallers/Teleconsultants to join our dynamic team.

**Responsibilities**:
**Outbound Calling**:Initiate outbound calls to potential clients who have expressed interest in immigration services through inquiries, website, social media, or other sources.

**Information Dissemination**:Provide accurate and detailed information to potential clients about various immigration programs, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and other relevant information.

**Client Engagement**:Engage with prospective clients professionally and courteously, addressing queries, clarifying doubts, and building rapport to instill confidence in our services.

**Appointment Setting**:Schedule appointments for interested clients to connect with immigration consultants or advisors for personalized guidance and consultation.

**Follow-up**:Conduct follow-up calls with leads who have shown interest but haven't taken further action, aiming to convert them into active clients.

**Database Management**:Maintain a record of all communication and interactions with potential clients in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

**Market Research**:Stay updated with the latest immigration policies, regulations, and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.

**Customer Feedback**:Gather feedback from clients and prospects, identifying areas for improvement in our services and communication.
- Excellent communication and impeccable English language skills, both verbal and written.
- At least 1 year of telecalling experience, preferably from the Immigration industry.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Patience and empathy to understand clients' concerns and provide suitable solutions.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
