**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented **Interior Designer** to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work on designing functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces that meet our clients' needs. You will collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to transform ideas into compelling design solutions from concept through to execution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Development**:

- Develop design concepts, mood boards, and space planning layouts.
- Create detailed 2D drawings, floor plans, and elevations using AutoCAD or similar software.
- Prepare 3D visualizations and renderings (if applicable) to help clients visualize the final space.
- **Project Management**:

- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure designs are implemented as intended.
- Oversee the execution of design projects, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
- Source and select materials, finishes, and furnishings that meet project specifications.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Meet with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Present design proposals, concepts, and revisions to clients.
- Incorporate client feedback into design iterations.
- **Documentation & Quality Control**:

- Prepare comprehensive documentation including specifications, schedules, and working drawings.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Maintain organized records of design files and project documentation.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and technologies.
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall design process.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- **Experience**: [Specify required years, e.g., 2-5 years] of experience in interior design.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in AutoCAD, 2D drafting, and design software.
