**Position** - Interior Designer ( Store Manager)

**Experience** - 4 - 7 years

**CTC**:

- Up to 1.25 lac

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily operations on the sales floor. Substantial knowledge in terms of Furniture technical, measurements, different fabrics/leather, customization if any, and Basic AutoCAD software understanding.
- Manage staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management.
- Implement marketing promotions and display standards.
- Collaborate with upper management to achieve sales goals.

**Skill Set**:

- Previous experience in Furniture retail, hospitality, or management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in inventory management systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus

Pay: From ₹90,000.00 per month

Schedule:
