  • Key Responsibilities:Meet and consult with clients to understand their space, lifestyle, needs, and budget.
  • Translate client requirements into functional and aesthetic interior designs.
  • Create detailed layout plans, 2D drawings, and mood boards using AutoCAD or similar software.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to present design concepts and material options to clients.
  • Prepare BOQs and material selection sheets in coordination with the procurement team.
  • Ensure timely delivery of design documentation to support project execution.
  • Coordinate with project managers and vendors during site execution.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor work progress and ensure design accuracy and quality.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
  • Requirements:Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in residential interior design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, and MS Office.
  • Knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture layouts.
  • Good communication, presentation, and client interaction skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with design, sales, and execution teams.
  • Flexible to work on weekends and travel to client sites as required.
