**Role and Reponsibilities -**
1. Call and Session Monitoring:
- Evaluate adherence to sales scripts, compliance with regulatory requirements, and
alignment with company policies and best practices.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to sales
- Responsible for the end-to-end Quality control of the sales pitch during the admissions
- To check the miss-sells and to ensure the hygiene of the enrolments
- Responsible for the feedback of every sales counselor and to ensure that the feedbacks are
taken seriously
2. Quality Assurance:
- Develop and maintain quality assurance processes and standards for sales calls and live
sessions.
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure consistency in
performance across the sales team.
3. Training and Development:
- Develop training materials and resources to support ongoing education and development of
sales representatives.
- Need to contribute to the one-on-one training process if and when required based on
individual performance evaluations and audit feedback.
4. Admission process verification:
- Responsible for screening the quality of intake, their financial and educational documents,
and also proctoring the intake aptitude tests.
- Involves extensive data handling
**Requirement**:
- Mandatory Excel skills
- Proficiency in English and Hindi (skills in additional regional languages would be a brownie
point).
- Data management skills
- Good analytical thinking skills
**Who we are looking for**:
- Someone who has amazing analytical thinking skills and presence of mind to analyse the
conversion potential of a lead
- Problem-solving skills, who can effectively figure out the errors in the pitch and ways to
improve it
- Who is willing to work for a minimum of 9 hours from the office (6 days a week)
- Who can listen to to calls mandatorily for 6 hours per day
- Strong sense of ownership and willingness to take up additional responsibilities
- Who is good at multitasking and time management
