**SUMMARY**

SAP Ariba is the world's business commerce network. We help companies extend their business commerce processes into the Cloud, where they can use our Procurement solutions and the Ariba Network to find opportunities to cut costs, reduce risk, and grow revenue through better collaboration with trading partners.

**The Team - SAP Business Network**

As a Software Quality Engineer with SAP Ariba Network team, you can accelerate the innovation and delivery of the next generation of Ariba cloud experience. Our solutions touch all the participants of the **largest Business Network** running over 1.7 trillion of collaborative commerce. Applications running on the Network provide critical business processes involving thousands of buying organization, millions of sellers across the globe, and several millions of users.

The software stacks or primary technology areas are Java, Web, REST, Micro services, Angular JS, Spring, Spring Boot and Machine Learning and Analytics on Big Data. Team works on test automation areas like Junit Automation, Rest API Automation, Selenium Web Driver, and Mobile Automation.

**Key Tasks**:
The engineer will be responsible for full stack automation and end to end quality cycle right from understanding requirements, feature design, testing and automation strategy of software components across global deployments at scale.

The engineer’s tasks include:

- Work closely with scrum team (development, product management and scrum lead) to understand the feature requirement and design.
- Decompose the use cases to test scripts and test cases
- Automate test cases using Junit/Rest/Micro Services for backend and UI automation using WebDriver.
- Maintain the regression automation and constantly enhance.

**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
- BE/MS in Computer Science or equivalent qualification.
- Good coding & analytical skill in Java or similar language
- Deep knowledge of internet technologies, HTTP protocol and related technologies
- Good Database concepts and hands on experience with PL/SQL
- Basic UNIX/Linux knowledge
