OneClub is an ecosystem that serves as their one-stop destination to efficiently manage their business, unlock unprecedented growth, boost their earnings, and connect with a vibrant community of like-minded creators.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Content Strategy Development**:

- Work closely with OneClub exclusive creators to understand their goals, target audience, and content preferences.
- Provide personalized guidance and recommendations to creators to optimize their content strategies and maximize engagement.
- Assist creators in developing comprehensive content calendars aligned with their objectives and audience interests.
- **
Content Creation Support**:

- Offer creative direction and feedback to creators to help them produce high-quality, engaging content across various platforms.
- Collaborate with creators to brainstorm and generate innovative content ideas, leveraging their unique talents and perspectives.
- Provide resources, tools, and best practices to empower creators to effectively execute their content plans.
- **
Collaboration with Brand Solutions Team**:

- Partner with the brand solutions team to understand client objectives and requirements for campaigns and branded content.
- Assist in developing briefs and proposals for branded content initiatives, incorporating insights from exclusive creators.
- Work with creators to ideate and produce campaign content that aligns with brand messaging and objectives.
- **
Content Performance Analysis**:

- Monitor and analyze the performance of content created by exclusive creators, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Use data-driven insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in content strategy and execution.
- Collaborate with creators to iterate and refine their content strategies based on performance feedback.
- **
Relationship Management**:

- Build strong relationships with OneClub exclusive creators, serving as a trusted advisor and resource for their content needs.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive environment where creators feel empowered to experiment and innovate with their content.
- Act as a liaison between creators and internal teams, facilitating communication and alignment on content initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content strategy development and execution, preferably within the digital media or influencer marketing space.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and audience behavior.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with creators and internal stakeholders.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and innovation.
- Analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools to measure content performance and derive actionable insights.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of branding and marketing principles, with experience in developing branded content campaigns is a plus.
