**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular visits to franchise outlets to monitor adherence to SOPs and operational standards.
- Perform audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure the effective rollout of new SOPs and processes as guided by the Training and Operations teams.
- Provide hands-on support and training to franchise staff to enhance operational efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact for franchise owners regarding operational issues and complaints.
- Address and resolve issues promptly and effectively, ensuring franchisee satisfaction.
- Analyze operational challenges faced by franchise owners and provide actionable solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field, Food Technology degree will be preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in franchise Support, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication, Observation, Convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
