Job Function: Finance The role:
In the role of an
**Order-to-Cash Professional **with Invoicing experience, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of customer
**invoicing**, and facilitating the seamless process of
**credits** and
**credit/rebill** requests daily within company established SLAs.
- **
Credit/Rebill Process**:

- Process credits and credit/rebill requests daily within company-established SLAs.
- Record incoming requests on the department credit/rebill tracker daily.
- Verify and update the tracker for accuracy each day before the end of the day.
- ** Customer Invoicing**
- Prior experience in customer invoicing.
- Preparing, issuing, and sending invoices
- Knowledge of GST per Indian laws in customer Invoicing
- **Reporting**
- Generate regular reports on receivables.
- Identify trends and areas for improvement.
- ** Communication**
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding payments, orders, and invoices.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for order fulfillment.
- ** Unapplied Cash**
- Identify and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Track and reconcile customer payments.
- Follow up on overdue payments and implement collection strategies if needed.

What we need to see from you:

- MBA Finance with 3 - 5 Years’ experience.
- Prior experience in **Invoicing, Dispute Management/Credit/Rebill**:

- Good Written/Verbal Communication
- Proficient in MS Excel.
- Stakeholder Management experience.
- Positive demeanor with a focus on continuous process improvement and an open mind to change.
- Ability to prioritize efficiently & be flexible.
