OLX group has invested into and scaled a global transaction business in the Cars category, providing end to end experience to customers beyond overall horizontal classifieds. We are now building out a similar transactional high quality platform / experience across other categories (for eg: Electronics) under the banner of OLX Renew

**What you will be doing**:

- Build & scale-up the new business for OLX into used electronics (for now Mobiles). This includes** C2B**: enabling **Buying** of used mobiles from consumers and** B2C**:ecommerce (marketplace) **for high-quality refurbished mobiles. Working closely with the product team, vendor partners, customer support and other functions to manage end to end operations for both lines
- Buying:

- Analyze the initial data and build over the same by various experiments
- Optimize conversion through relevant refinements on the product side
- Manage vendor relationship
- Customer research and improving the offline experience
- Build an alternative model to scale up the business
- Ecommerce (marketplace):

- Optimize the integration with the mother platform to increase organic traffic
- Plan and execute city-wise scale-up
- Refine the operational processes along with scale
- Build an inorganic traffic funnel for the platform
- Market study for available vendor partners and building a strong pipeline

**Who we’re looking for**:

- 4-6 Years of project management experience in driving the launch of new platforms/products/services, with a skew towards operationalizing. It will include working end to end across various areas to support the launch and build it further
- Exposure to B2C business model for New or Used product selling online retail marketplace
- Looking for an independent individual who can get their hands dirty, but at the same time is able to drive and coordinate various project workstreams, is a strong analytical thinker who can also be a hustler in execution.
- Preferably an MBA
