Tracking and analyzing marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.)
- Optimizing user funnels to improve the conversion rate, as well as refining the customer journey - working closely with Product & UX - to remove friction between stages;
- Proposing new initiatives to improve activation and conversion metrics.
- Collect data, analyze trends and patterns, and communicate insights related to membership acquisition, attrition, and churn rates.
- Execute routine reporting for all aspects of membership retention and growth.
- Maintain member database accuracy and conduct routine maintenance updates
- Good understanding of Shopify, campaign planning and execution.
- Good understating of Google Analytics.

**Qualifications**
- 2- 3years of relevant experience in growth and retention.
- Postgraduate in Business Management / Mass Communication.
- Advanced Excel skills required
- Excellent communication skills and able to communicate clearly and persuasively (both written and verbal)
- Strong planning and organization skills to plan work activities, use time efficiently, and complete deliverables in a timely manner.
- Strong collaborative approach and a high attention to detail with a desire for accuracy and shared wins
- Experience with marketing automation tools like wenengage, Wigzo, Mailchimp, salesforce etc.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
