Job Description: **Roles and Responsibilities**: - Desired skills to draw and paint the B/W layouts with proper color, shadows & highlights to bring the perspective. - Artists should be able to create concepts, environments/ BG & props objects. - Should have a strong portfolio demonstrating digital painting and illustration skills - Help to create smooth deliveries throughout the production pipeline. - Work closely and Coordinate with the Storyboard Artist for artistic direction to ensure the concepts are providing effective visual solutions that balance art direction and design needs. **Qualification and Experience**: - Preferred experience: 2-5 years. - An in-depth understanding of activity-based teaching-learning methods with a strong knowledge of B/W layout creation - Strong artistic ability, and knowledge of how to present visuals in a flow. - Ability to churn out quality work in a fast-paced environment. - Past Experience in layout and backgrounds for Tv shows/Films/games **Skill Set & Competencies**: - Go-Getter, Multi-Dimensional, "Growth Hacker" Skill Set with a strong sense of ownership for work. - Innovative Mindset: Creative, takes informed risks, and constantly improves based on feedback. - Always-on learner: constantly curious, embracing, and picking up new skills really fast - A team player: Can communicate and collaborate effectively with others, and buck up to face any challenges.
