**JOB Responsibilities**:
**Musk Experience in Tendering, Electrical and designing**

**Construction Experience is must.**

Understand the basic design concept of Electrical, Mechanical, Firefighting, Plumbing and

Low Voltage services, DG, Electrical Substation.

To understand SLD, GFC and Architectural Drawing, Implements and executes the work

on site as per site.

Planning and Execution of MEP work with design and drawing from MEP consultant for

issue of GFC.

To study the BOQ and execute the item wise work.

Co-ordination with architects consultant and contractor for architectural electrical,

mechanical plumbing and firefighting layouts.

To supervise installation and commissioning of lifts and escalators.

Physical inspection of material as per mention in technical specification.

To supervise and coordination of STP electrometrical work.

Qty. analysis from drawing for procurement and smoothly execution of work.

To supervise installation of electrical, mechanical and firefighting work.

To monitor the work executed by contractor and check quality of workmanship.

Certification R/A & Final contractors bill.

Co-ordination with consultant and contractor resolve the site issues and speed up the

project work.

Co-ordination with civil team and contractor according to architectural drawing.

Pay: ₹9,173.82 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
