**Role : MEP Designer** Role Summary: The person will be responsible for Design and AutoCAD Drafting for Retail Expansion projects including preparation of HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting, Electrical etc., Employee responsibility also includes design works, Quantity take off, preparation of As Built drawings etc. **Reporting Hierarchy: This role will report into Design Lead** **Key Responsibilities**: - Responsible for planning & monitoring execution of Electrical (LV/HV), Firefighting /HVAC, & Plumbing works. - Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports. - Co-ordinate with the Client for receiving drawings clarifications for construction and make a report of observation. - Installation, testing & commissioning of Chiller, Compressors, Firefighting Equipment & Pumps etc. - Execution of High side & low side Plumbing, FF, HVAC, etc. work as per drawing and site condition. - Monitor work progress and quality of work as per approved specifications. - Coordinate with the Electrical/civil/PEB/other contractors for smooth clear working space without hampering the others work. - Review Clients Inspectors deliverables, analyse and resolve issues and problems emerging during the Quality Control activities. Ensure that all inspection and tests witnessed by clients.
