Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Manager based in Gurugram. The MEP Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of MEP systems within construction projects. Key responsibilities include ensuring the integration of MEP installations with project timelines, managing procurement of materials, developing designs and layouts for MEP components, monitoring plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems, and adhering to technical and safety regulations at every stage of construction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in MEP Coordination and Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems management
  • Proficiency in MEP Design and knowledge of advanced design techniques
  • Expertise in plumbing systems and their applications within construction projects
  • Experience with procurement processes, including vendor management and sourcing
  • Strong project management, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with relevant safety standards and building regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering disciplines
  • Experience in real estate or infrastructure projects is an advantage
