Travel Desk Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle domestic and international ticket bookings (air, train, bus) and hotel reservations.
- Coordinate with travel agencies and vendors for best fares, discounts, and services.
- Prepare travel itineraries and share them with employees on time.
- Maintain travel-related records including bookings, invoices, and reimbursements.
- Monitor travel budgets, control costs, and ensure compliance with company travel policy.
- Provide assistance in emergency travel situations (cancellations, reschedules, delays).
- Support employees with cab bookings, airport transfers, and local travel arrangements.
- Prepare monthly travel expense reports and MIS for management review.
- Ensure smooth communication between employees, vendors, and management.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel,).
- Knowledge of travel portals
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Attention to detail and cost-conscious approach.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Administration / Hospitality / Travel & Tourism or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of experience in travel desk operations (corporate setup preferred).
- Familiarity with visa processes, ticketing systems, and vendor management.

**Work Environment**:

- Office-based role with occasional coordination outside office hours during travel emergencies.
- Requires strong networking with travel vendors and service providers.

Pay: ₹18,057.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
