**We are Hiring for position of Contracting Manager with 3-6 yrs. of experience in hotel contracting profile.**

Key Responsibilities:
1. Required to lead all supplier contract negotiations to ensure best purchase rates are obtained with hotels, ground transporters, hotel bookings.

2. Develop and implement a strategy to maximize all yield and revenue opportunities.

3. Identify and negotiate partners deals that lead to improved commercial performance

4. Managing operational issues and liaise with third party vendors

5. Evaluate current operational strategies and recommend improvements

6. Generating operational reports for management as needed.

7. Generating new leads and fostering existing relationships.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Experience of 8 years with min 3 yrs. as Contracting Manager within the Travel and Tourism Industry

High-level understanding of operational and logístical tactics, destinations, suppliers & hotels.

Personal DMC contacts and experience in DMC and hotel contracting for the best rates.

Must bring in extensive network and contacts in the travel industry

Financial awareness including business acumen and profit awareness

Enthusiastic with excellent Communication Skills.
