**Position Overview**:
Your **key responsibilities** will include:

- Execute marketing plans
- Continuously monitor and report on the progress and metrics of marketing activities to management.
- Collaborate with the technical team
- Pre-screen leads and inquiries, and only involve the technical team only for high-quality prospects
- Provide inputs about current and future industry requirements to inform strategy discussions about new capability developments.
- Create Marketing Materials
- Develop high-quality marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and online content as needed.
- Maintain a consistent brand identity and messaging across all marketing touchpoints.
- Maintain Industry Relationships
- Establish and maintain relationships with assigned industry partners and customers.
- Monitor their activities and needs and share insights with the broader team.
- Education and Experience
- Masters's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a product marketing role, preferably in the electronics industry
- Proven track record of executing marketing campaigns
- Skills and Competencies
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Proficiency in market research and competitive analysis
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and technical teams
- Organizational skills to coordinate multiple marketing initiatives
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the PCB manufacturing industry
- Ability to communicate in multiple languages

The manufacturing unit is located in the industrial area of Balanagar in Hyderabad and is currently going through an expansion, with new equipment and processes being added to meet the increasing demand for PCB manufacturing in India.
