**Real Estate Sales Executive**

**Position**: Real Estate Sales Executive

**Reports To**: Sales Manager / Director

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Client Acquisition**:

- Prospect and generate new leads through various channels including referrals, networking, online marketing, and property showings.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and increase sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and investors.
- **Property Consultations**:

- Advise and consult potential buyers on various property options based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
- Provide expert guidance on the property market trends, legalities, and investment opportunities.
- Offer tailored property recommendations based on client requirements.
- **Sales Process Management**:

- Organize and conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and assist with the finalizing of deals.
- Oversee the sales process from initial inquiry to closing, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction.
- Prepare and review sales agreements, contracts, and other relevant documents.
- **Marketing and Promotion**:

- Promote listings using digital marketing, social media, and other sales channels to increase property visibility.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure accurate and attractive property listings.
- Organize and conduct open houses or property events.
- **Client Follow-up & Relationship Building**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client concerns and inquiries.
- Maintain regular contact with past clients for potential referrals and repeat business.
- Build long-term relationships with clients by offering post-sale services, ensuring satisfaction, and fostering trust.
- **Market Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on the latest market trends, pricing, and competitor activity in the real estate sector.
- Continuously develop product knowledge and sales techniques through training and professional development.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of local real estate market conditions, pricing, and trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software/tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- A valid real estate license (where applicable).

**Desirable Attributes**:

- Prior experience working with luxury or commercial properties is a plus.
- Strong social media presence or marketing skills.
- Multilingual abilities are an asset.
- Knowledge of property law and regulations is an advantage.
