**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**: Identify potential customers through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- **Sales Presentations & Demos**: Present IT products, solutions, and services effectively to potential clients.
- **Negotiation & Closing Deals**: Handle sales inquiries, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts.
- **Market Analysis**: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
- **Collaboration**: Work with technical teams to align customer requirements with the right IT solutions.
- **Sales Reporting**: Track sales performance and report key metrics to management.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- **2+ years of experience** in IT sales (software, cloud solutions, digital marketing, or related IT services).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (preferred).
**Preferred Experience**:
- Experience in B2B IT sales or enterprise solutions.
- Understanding of SaaS, cloud computing, or ERP solutions.
- Experience selling digital transformation services.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
